| Our client, a local private golf course, is located in the picturesque foothills 10 minutes south of Calgary. This course opened its doors in 1990 as a semi-private facility and is now fully private. They are in need of an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Your exceptional customer service skills will aide in your success as you will be answering calls and interacting with clients and members
Your previous reception experience is an asset as you will be the first point of contact within the office
Your proficiency in the MS Office package is a must as you will be preparing letters, formatting the monthly newsletter, updating the website and much more
Your ability to multi-task is crucial as you will be handling the incoming and outgoing mail, reconciling cash outs for all departments, processing payments and much more
This fantastic location just outside the city limits allows for a relaxing scenic drive to and from work avoiding ALL city traffic
Salary range of $28 – 32k annually which includes full medical and dental benefits and 2 weeks vacation
Due to the unique nature of this company you will also receive a clothing allowance, gas allowance, discounts in the lounge and golf shop and extra time off over the Christmas holidays.
